How long have you been a funeral arranger?
I have been in the industry for 9 years. I became a funeral arranger after working in Community Pharmacy for 20 years. I decided to change my career when a death occurred in my family. I thought that being a funeral arranger would be the most rewarding job, with my strong relationships with the community, I knew that this was the job for me.
What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
My role as a funeral director helps me make a difference to each and every family. I treat every family like they are my own and help them understand the funeral process one step at a time.
Do you speak any other languages?
Portuguese.
