How long have you been a funeral arranger?
I have been a funeral arranger for almost 2 years. Prior to joining the industry, I worked in the retail industry.
What led me here? I have previously looked after very good friends whose loved ones had passed away and it felt like a natural progression.
What do you like about being a funeral arranger?
To be able to assist families in need and guide them through a difficult time in their lives. I also enjoy listening to families and helping them organise a funeral for their loved one.
What was your most memorable service you arranged?
There are too many to single out although we service a lot of nationalities and different religions in the local area, no two funerals are the same.
I would like to thank the wonderful team at Guardian, especially Kelly, for her support, empathy, kindness, and understanding. Having Kelly look after the needs required for my beautiful mother put me at ease during the most difficult time of my life. I can't thank her enough for her beautiful nature and care like no other.
